There's nothing angelic about River Song, as the Doctor knows too well. She's a tricky little devil--and a sexy one, to boot. What's more, she gladly revels in that part of her nature, much to his consternation.
River doesn't shy away from any part of her trickier side, making no secret of any act of...to put it euphemistically, dubious legality. She's committed a handful of crimes, been accused of even more; but she usually has some manner of justification for her actions.
