Summary: At first, she was willing to dismiss it as a fluke.
Every time Hilda turns a corner, it seems that she finds N there. Waiting for her.
At first, she was willing to dismiss it as a fluke. Unova is fairly large, but it's not impossible for two people to keep running into each other.
But N seems to think that it's something more than chance. He looks at her in such a strange way. As though he feels that they share a symbiotic connection. Two people hooked together by some thread, each growing stronger as the other's own strength increases.
Soon, she's not altogether certain that he's wrong in that.
