"I saw those water balloons, Dolenz," Babbitt was barking. "You lob just one of those at me, and I'll make you regret it!"
His heart pounding from being so severely startled, Micky put the balloons on the counter. "Sir, honestly, these were never meant for you. Some neighbor kids invited the guys and I to a water war. I sure hope you'll excuse me for saying this, but you're being paranoid."
"Is it really paranoia, though, if it's justified," Babbitt wondered, regarding his tenant untrustingly.
