Monica stared at him. "What are you talking about?"

He, in turn, gazed rapturously at the oven. "I've been yearning for something citrussy all day. And now, after a hard day at work, I come home..."

"To, uh, no lemon meringue pie."

Chandler blinked, his excitement flickering into doubt. "Okay. At the risk of sounding like an echo: What are you talking about?"

She held up a can of lemon-scented dusting spray. "I just finished cleaning. Sorry to disappoint you, sweetie."
