Bucky nodded. “He likes the simple stuff. Just nothing extravagant, okay?”

“But Steve’s worthy of great gifts!” Thor’s voice echoed through the shop. “I should get him the finest treasures Asgard can offer.”

Bucky rolled his eyes. “You can’t duplicate Mjolnir. Or forge a battle axe. Try something a little more … personal?”

Hours later, Thor found a Captain America’s shield-shaped frame with the quote: ‘The greatest hero is one who always fights for others.’

Bucky snorted. “Perfect! He’ll love it.”
