Spike smirked, pressed against the crypt wall. “What do you want?”
“Slayers. You killed two of them,” said Buffy, eyes blazing.
“I did.”
“You’re gonna show me how.”
“Am I?” he snickered, using Buffy’s loose hold to switch places and have her with her back to the wall. “You think you can just waltz in here and tell me what to do?”
“Actually, I do,” she shrugged, ignoring Spike’s fingers tracing the rough texture of the crypt wall next to her face.
He stepped back. “See if I care, Slayer.”
Buffy showed him some cash. “Oh, I think you do.”
