Stiles was used to Derek pushing him up against walls, but this was different. Instead of Derek looking pissed, he was blushing and instead of Stiles’ head hitting the wall, his skull was cradled by Derek’s hand
‘Wha…’ Stiles asked. The rest of what he was going to say was lost when Derek pressed his lips against Stiles’.
He was shocked and confused, but he got with the program quickly and kissed back.
Derek broke the kiss. ‘Happy birthday, Stiles.’
‘Thanks! Was that my b-day gift?’
‘Yeah. Did you like it?’
Stiles nodded.
It was the best birthday gift ever.
