Spike hadn’t been in Sunnydale for long, but he could already tell that living on the Hellmouth was going to be exciting.
The biggest thrill was knowing that the Slayer was here, a knowledge that had brought him to this club, seeking her out. The Bronze pulsed with music and young blood, the perfect scene for a vampire on the hunt, but he had bigger fish to fry.
His senses zeroed in on the cute blonde dancing with her friends. So young and tiny, yet potentially deadly.
He had to test her, for there could be no hit or miss.
