Phoebe is easily the most selcouth individual that anyone in their group ever expected to meet. Unusual, weird, quirky...there aren't enough adjectives to describe the enigma that goes by the name of Phoebe Buffay.
Mellow at one moment, she can change into a blazing firecracker at the slightest provocation. Though fiercely loyal to her friends, they know that it's a risk to cross her.
Maybe not all of the normal human thinking functions are online, but she's smarter than a whip, and infinitely creative.
She's a handful, to say the very least. To say the most...is simply impossible.
