"What's in that," he asked. "Or do I wanna know?"
"If all goes well, one drop of this in Babbitt's morning coffee," Micky explained, "and, in ten seconds, he'll be a prince among men, instead of the old grouch we all know and pretend to love. Of course, I'm gonna feel like an idiot if it doesn't work."
"And just suppose it goes and makes Babbitt sick? You might feel like a jailbird."
Micky cringed. "You might be right."
