"I keep telling you, it wasn't my fault!" protested Doug, "It just went haywire!"
"You're trying to tell me an Ares-90 Skell, our most advanced model with a veteran pilot, just went out of control and demolished a construction site?"
"It was that damn cat! It must have sneaked into the cockpit while I was using the maintenance terminal. They keep sleeping there because its warm," he explained, "Then it jumped out and sat on the controls."
"And you, a skilled Harrier, couldn't move a cat?"
"I was about to, then the little bastard knocked a cup of coffee all over the controls!"
"Why did you have a cup of coffee near the controls in the first place?" Irina glared at him, "You've caused a lot of damage and Rock is convinced you were aiming for him. He won't come out of his house and won't help out with construction any more."
"Look, that only happened once, someone didn't know who Rock was and panicked and put him on the Tyrant database. He's on the staff database now, so unless the cat doesn't like him..."
"Please at least tell me the cat is unharmed."
"He's still asleep in the Skell..."
