But it's turned into the center of his own personal universe. The people here, while strange, are nice once a person gets to know them. And the town's peculiarities might take some getting used to; but he's used to them now.
And then there's Cecil. Sweet, loveable, brave Cecil, with a heart so large that Carlos wonders now and then how Night Vale can contain it.
