Title: 'Rubber/Glue'
Fandom: Original Poetry
Characters: Original
Word Count: PG
Rating: Implied double murder
Summary: Oh, please don't be so smug
She stared down at the gun
That was aimed at her heart,
Then gave him a sweet smile
That made the man start.
"I am not afraid,"
She proceeded to say
"I have you deadlocked,
So, please, do fire away."
He did not know what
To make of her strange words,
Except to just laugh,
And to call her absurd.
"Oh, please don't be so smug,"
She gently did scold.
"I came here prepared,
For I also am bold.
So I tell you, now be warned:
I'm rubber; you're glue.
You may pull the trigger,
But I have poisoned you."
