Title: Summer Heat
Sakuna sat on the porch next to the cat, who sprawled out to absorb as much of the sun as possible.
The summer heat, possibly also the liberal portions of Myrthe's new variety of sake she'd been helpfully taste testing, was making the Goddess feel drowsy. It was definitely way too hot to go outside and hunt monsters - she'd only be putting herself in needless danger. Anyway, the harvest would begin soon and she'd need to conserve energy in case her help was required somehow.
The cat purred when Sakuna rolled over and gently scratched her behind the ears.
