"Oh, no," Micky wailed in exaggerated despair when he saw the thick stack of envelopes in Mike's hand. "Not the bills! No, no! Anything but that!"

He staggered through the Pad, howling, before sprawling out across the floor in a feigned faint. He felt a foot gently nudge him.

"Oh, c'mon, Mick," he heard Mike scold. "You don't have to be so dramatic every time we get the bills in the day's mail. We've had a lot of great gigs lately; we can afford to pay 'em all off this month."

"Oh." Micky rose, dusting himself off. "Never mind, then."
