That damn Goblin King has such a chip on his shoulder. He thinks he's something wonderful, trying to scare innocent people out of their wits, and stealing babies who can't even defend themselves.
She'll show him. She's not as afraid of him as he thinks she is. She'll beat him at his own game, and make it through the Labyrinth and to Toby.
Jareth will learn that he can't just drag people off to his world, with no consequences.
