"Guys, you're never gonna believe what happened to me," he excitedly told his bandmates.
"Probably not," Mike agreed. "But what happened?"
"I was out for a walk, and this weird alien thing attacked me! Then this blue box came outta nowhere, and some guy called the Doctor appeared and drove it away!"
Davy shook his head. "You've been watching too many Star Trek reruns."
"You guys never believe me," Micky grumbled, exiting in a huff.
"How are we supposed to believe him," Peter asked, "when he's always fishing for attention?"
