"No, Hugh, that is not reassuring, because they are still creepy-as-fuck killer rabbits," Anna told him, twirling the slicers that now never left her hand unless she was throwing them at anything that so much as moved suddenly, "How can they not be zombies when they're all rotting away with their guts coming out?"
"Its certainly fascinating the way that the poison gas is affecting them, isn't it? Humans just die, Musk Cats are completely immune, then these things are both made impossibly durable, murderously ferocious and also being slowly eaten away while not dying of it..."
"That's not fascinating, Hugh, that is going to give me nightmares for the rest of my life, and I thought I was used to this sort of shit from keeping the mutants in the biosystems lab away from towns," she sighed, "Whatever, we'll probably all die on this mission anyway."
"That's not going to happen while Amy and I are serving on this team as medics," he said firmly.
"Now THAT is reassuring," she admitted.
