Title: Rock and a Hard Place
Neither Wallace nor Mr. Mendel were nice people. However, just because the argument was likely to turn out badly for both of them didn't mean it'd be good for anyone else. They were likely to tear the planet apart while squabbling over it. Possibly even break it on purpose just to stop the other from winning it. The outcome of either one winning wouldn't be good either - one had a licence to build interplanetary-scale factories, the other to adapt the planet more to suit genetically modified plants. Even without any proper jurisdiction, Mii Force knew they had to act.
