Brightly sparkled the stars of the Neath. Not for the first time did she look up at them and wonder exactly what they really were. A type of luminescent stone, maybe, a moss or fungus, even a beetle? They had been known to move, and not always in the configuration that the oldest tomes told her that real stars did, on the forbidden Surface. 

 

Was it safe? More importantly, was it valuable? 

 

Expeditions had been made, quite frequently. Nobody returned, but then again people sometimes didn't return from a quick jaunt to the local greengrocer's.  

 

She was not most people.

Ahhh, so cool! Love the bit about the greengrocers!

I miss Fallen London, I used to play it all the time but stopped just as they were introducing Sunless Seas.

I can't seem to get the hang of sunless seas at all, it's very different to fallen london.
