Title: The Rocketeer
For the third time that day, Decus had managed to blast a hole in the ceiling of their fifth floor lair. This one at least was only marginally on fire. He hadn't actually gone through the roof himself this time. Instead, he'd managed to 'improve' Vesper's jet boots so that, instead of just allowing him to hover slightly off the ground and race towards the enemy at high speeds, bombarding them with micro-missiles and lasers, they tended to launch directly upwards, then catch fire. Decus hadn't actually meant them to catch fire, even. Still, Mk. III would turn out better.
