Title: 'Monotony'
Fandom: Labyrinth
Characters/Pairings: Jareth
Word Count: 100
Rating: G
Summary: There's precious little to do.
Notes: Crossposted to
drabblesoup for Challenge #44: Revolution, and
100prompts for Table #1/Prompt #15: Storm
In between the wished-for child abductions and the occasional challenger in the Labyrinth, Jareth often finds himself bored. There's precious little to do. And Hell knows he doesn't have very much in the way of intelligent company to at least have an interesting conversation now and then.
It sometimes gets to the point where he almost wishes that the goblins would form a union, and perhaps incite their fellows to spark a revolution.
He'd quash any rebellion within seconds, of course, before the goblins could even think of storming his castle. But at least it would break the monotony.
