[Challenge #384: Garb] Pokémon: 'In One Blink I'll Disappear'
Title: 'In One Blink I'll Disappear'
Fandom: Pokémon (Spoilers for Pokémon Black/White/Black 2/White 2)
Characters: The Shadow Triad
Word Count: 100
Rating: PG (Mildly creepy concepts)
Notes: Crossposted to
100words and
lyricaltitles
Summary: Disorienting a target is always strangely fun.
To the Shadow Triad, the darkness is the garb that they cloak themselves in. Their home.
It's a matter of pride, to appear somewhere in one moment, only to seem to vanish in the next. It's also their job. A duty that they enjoy taking seriously.
Disorienting a target is always strangely fun. Tailing them in secret, announcing themselves, and then making themselves scarce before the target can react...it takes talent and practice.
The Shadow Triad have become adept at leaving those targets feeling frightened, as though no shelter will protect them.
Paranoia is a good trait to foster.
