Summary: Ymir remembers when he only had to do the paperwork for a six-strong militia, not a fledgling nation.
 

 

Some days, Ymir missed when his 'office' was a table in the corner of the tavern, overflowing with ledgers and scrolls. Back then, all he had to manage was a militia of around six Guild members, their whereabouts, which quests they'd undertaken and what reward money, if any, had come in.

 

Now that they practically had their own Kingdom, with a population of nine and a half thousand, a resistance army, an economy, a treasury and an astronomical amount of paperwork to give Ymir a permanent headache.

 

At least he had Iris to foist off most of the work onto.
