Notes: Little Tobio isn’t too happy about his first trip to the beach.
“Careful Tobio-chan, the water’s getting closer!”
Tobio stared into the oncoming tide, tiny hands grasping his polka-dotted swimming ring.
Fearless as the floatie-clad warrior he was, he ignored his sister’s warnings and carried on.
One step, two steps, three- Eeek!
A squeak and he was back at the shore. How dare the stupid water reach his belly!
Kazuyo chuckled as he wrapped a towel around his now cranky grandson.
“I like the gym better,” Tobio muttered, scowling at the wet sand between his feet.
“Aww.” Miwa grinned before fishing something out of the cooler.
“The gym doesn’t have popsicles though.”
