Title: 'Tirielle'
Fandom: Original Fiction
Characters: Original
Word Count: 100
Rating: PG
Notes: Implied murder
Summary: There was nowhere to turn.
Tirielle paused just as the trees she'd run through were thinning out. Arrows pierced both of her wings; they'd be no good for flight. Her heart thudded, and she dimly hoped that she'd escaped.
But the hunters showed themselves, coming out from behind each tree. The persistent wretches.
There was nowhere to turn.
At the center of Tiriel's vision, the leader of the hunters stood. He gazed at her, a cruel smirk on his face.
"I've always wondered what it would be like to kill an angel," he murmured. At his signal, the others took aim. "This is my lucky day."
