"You don't need to wear a face mask in a dream," said NiGHTs. Their tone had become slightly robotic, as they'd had to say this particular phrase thirty times tonight alone.
"I know, I've just gotta stay in the habit, you know? Or I'll forget in the waking world again. And then they won't let me in the shop."
"Well... okay but I really can't dualise with you from two metres away. And, sorry to be rude, but even though your routine is messed up, please stop falling asleep at random times of day. Your dreams are getting really... interesting..."
