"The important part is that we found it," Makoto said as she leaned her broom against the front of the shop, beside another pair of brooms. Chito could complain all she wanted; they'd found it and they'd seen some lovely scenery on a nice sunny day.
As soon as Makoto stepped into the shop, Chito at her heels, her short shopping list was forgotten entirely. Instead, there was the fascinating pull that Inukai had warned her about-- Somewhere in the shop was something she needed and it wasn't anything that had ever been on a list.
Now... to find it.
